ㆍMain/My Page: Services centered on existing contracts, progress status, product recommendations, benefits and notices
ㆍEasy mode: Customer-friendly service screen configuration (claim, payment, contract inquiry) with simple design, easy phrases, and text-to-voice input
ㆍMY Hanwha: Contract inquiry/change, payment/refund/cancellation, my information management, contract conclusion support
ㆍProducts: My insurance coverage analysis, direct subscription (direct) insurance, women-only insurance, auto insurance, driver/accident insurance, health/comprehensive insurance, family insurance, fire/property insurance, travel/leisure insurance, pension/savings insurance, corporate insurance

■ Login guide
ㆍYou can log in easily using fingerprint/Face ID, or simple password setting.
ㆍYou can also log in and use it with Kakao authentication, financial certificate, joint certificate, or mobile phone authentication. (Use after electronic membership registration)

■ Access rights
[Required access rights]
- Phone: Access rights for verifying mobile phone status and ID, connecting to customer service center/contract manager/compensation manager, using visible ARS service (reading phone number)
- Device photos, media, file storage: Saving taken photos/copying and loading joint certificates
- Installed apps: Detecting potentially malicious apps among apps installed on smartphones to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents

※ Required access rights are absolutely necessary to provide smooth services, and may not operate properly if the rights are not granted.

ㆍ Camera: Taking photos of supporting documents such as insurance claims ㆍ
Photos: Saving and loading taken photos
ㆍ Location: Finding my location to find a nearby customer center
ㆍ Voice/Microphone: Used when converting voice input content to text

■ Inquiries regarding use
If you have difficulty using the app service, please use the mobile homepage (https://m.hwgeneralins.com) or call the customer service center (contract management, accident reporting, compensation) at 1566-8000.

■ Visible ARS service information
When the app is first installed, it displays informative or commercial mobile content provided by the other party with the user's consent. (ARS menu display during call, call purpose notification, screen provision upon call termination, etc.)

[Security] For the safe financial transactions of Hanwha General Insurance customers, this application cannot be used on smartphones that have been forged or rooted*. (Use after initialization through the manufacturer's A/S center)
 (*Rooting refers to a state in which the OS of the terminal is arbitrarily modified or modified with malware, etc. by obtaining administrator rights on the smartphone.)

● If the app download does not work or is stuck in standby, take the following measures and try again.

* Android smartphone
1. Check if the network connection environment (Wi-Fi and data) is stable
2. Delete the cache and data of the Google Play Store app installed on the smartphone
(Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Application information > Storage > Delete cache, Delete data)
3. Check if there is an update in progress on the Google Play Store
(Account picture on the Google Play Store > Apps and device management > If there is an app being updated, complete it or turn off automatic update and try again)
4. Check the smartphone storage capacity and delete unnecessary apps or data
5. Reboot the smartphone
6. Delete the Google Play Store app and reinstall it.
